Wednesday
Warm up
Using any line on the ground, jump back and forth over the line for 2 min.
Kicking
Use a soccer ball to kick either against a wall or to a family member who can pass the ball back to you. Alternatively, if you don’t have a soccer ball you can fold a pair of socks into a ball, a soft round toy, or a newspaper rolled up and tied together with sticky tape.
Thursday
Warm up
Crouch down on your feet as low as you can go. Then, like a very excited frog, jump up as high as you can! Repeat 5 times.
Balloon fun
Friday
Warm up
Keeping both your feet together at all times, jump from the lounge room into the kitchen. Repeat 3 times.
Cup stacking
Use plastic cups for this challenge! Stack them and then restack them to see if you can beat our records.
Challenge 1: Ms Yue’s record = 9.19secs, Mr M’s record = 10.10secs
Challenge 2: Ms Yue’s record = 13.50secs, Mr M’s record = 11.34 secs

Learning our colours- treasure hunt
Find 4 things in your house that are the following colours. Say the words out loud when you find an object of that colour.

Get moving to the music! Join in with the dancing and question and answers to ‘Pop See Ko’. There are two versions of the song, and you can do both of them:

Create your own actions in the song when it comes to your part. Practise doing the song with the Go Noodle people, and then perform and teach the song to your family, your siblings, your pet or your favourite toys!
Listen to different types of music and find an example of the following:
- Music that makes you feel calm
- Music that makes you want to dance (and please dance!!!)
- Music that makes you smile
- Music that makes you laugh
Art
60 min per week
Find a realistic drawing or photograph of an insect, or remember a bug with which you have had an encounter.
Remember, insects are different to spiders.
Can you see or imagine the legs (and joints), head, eyes, antennae, mouth parts and wings?
Are there any other details you can see, such as spikes, hairs or patterns?
Make a drawing of a bug from your imagination or copy one. Make sure your drawing is as big as your paper.

30 min per week
We are looking at the difference between fiction and non-fiction books.
Choose a fiction and non-fiction book. Read the fiction book and look through the non-fiction book.
How are these books the same? How are they different?
Find some books at your house. Decide whether they are fiction or non-fiction.
