Time yourself to see how long it takes you to complete. Keep trying to improve on your time.

Throwing and catching skills
Find a suitable ball in the house (if you don’t have one fold a pair of socks to make a ball or even blow up a balloon).
â— Challenge yourself by counting how many throws and catches you can do in a row before you drop the ball.
â— Try throwing underarm against a brick wall and catch.
â— Can you throw the ball on the ground, into the wall and then catch it as it comes off the wall? Try throwing the ball into the wall, let it bounce on the ground and then catch it.

|
Skittles
Make your own version of skittles. Find a ball and something in your house to use as skittles (e.g. empty cardboard boxes), stand from 4 metres back and roll your ball to knock them over. Try making it harder, by standing further back.
